There are many things that you can do to have a balance between technology and everything else in your everyday life. The following are some suggestions of ways to help make a difference.
Make sure that you spend time with your friends and family. It is important to be social and interact with other people everyday. Don’t spend more effort and time on your computer or phone than on your relationships with family and friends.
Make sure to read books and learn in other ways than using computers or technology. Make sure there is a balance so that you can have a healthy education.
Make sure to get a good amount of physical activity everyday. Canada’s food guide for healthy living suggests thirty to sixty minutes a day for adults and ninety minutes for children at the very least. It is very important to get physical activity to lower your risks of bad health in the future. Make sure you go outside and get some fresh air. Also, make sure to get a good amount of sleep at night. Know when to turn off the technology.
Take up new skills and be creative in what you do. Play instruments, sing, and paint to create any art that you want.
